WPT to run three at Saratoga
Wednesday will be a busy day for the West Point team at Saratoga as the stable runs three horses on the ten horse card. The day starts off when well regarded two-year-old Celestial Diamond debuts in the second race. Four races later, the five-year-old warrior Casey's Joy will take to the turf in a contentious ten horse scrum. The third contender among the West Point trio is the swift juvenile Speed Dating who hopes to maker her debut a winning one as she contests the seventh race, a New York bred MSW. All three runners have morning-line odds of 9/2 or better making Wednesday a potentially gigantic day at "the Spa".
West Point Thoroughbreds President Terry Finley previewed the day saying, "Every owner in the country wants to win at Saratoga. We've already made the trip to the winner's circle twice this meet, but Wednesday could be a banner day. We look forward to sending three horses with a big chance out to the track bearing the gold and black silks. I look forward to the Partners sharing in this tremendous day with us and hope to be celebrating with them on Wednesday."
