Saturday:
Cantankerous Clyde
breezed a sharp seven furlongs with Tyler Baze aboard in 1:27.20.  The work was the best of two at the distance.  Craig has been working to have Cantankerous Clyde go nice and easily early in his work, and he relaxed really well for Baze and finished strongly.  We are set for the "a other than" allowance going long on the turf on April 24th at Golden Gate.

Mesa Thunder worked an easy six furlongs in 1:15.40.  The work was 11th of 13 at the distance.  Mesa Thunder is a super fast worker when you let him go, so Craig had Tyler Baze work him and told him to go easily.  Mesa Thunder earned a breezing notation.  Tyler commented that when he eased up after the wire that Mesa Thunder wanted to take off.  He said he had plenty of horse left.  We are on target for the "a other than" allowance going short on April 24th at Golden Gate.

Friday:
Edenise blew out a solid half-mile in 48.80 at Hollywood Park.  The work was 9th of 17 at the distance.  Craig wanted to get one drill into him before the race.  We are entered in the 20k maiden claimer on April 21st at Golden Gate.

Macho Again breezed a good half-mile in 48.60 at Churchill Downs.  The breeze was 7th of 44 at the distance.  Dallas wanted the work to be 49 and change, but the track was playing fast when Macho breezed.  Macho Again was well in hand and finished up great.  He will have one more breeze before the $150,000 Alysheba Stakes(G3) on April 30th at Churchill DownsClick here for video from the breeze.

Montana Knight worked an easy five furlongs in 1:03.41 at Belmont.  The work was 9th of 15 at the distance.  It was a routine breeze, and Montana Knight came out of the work well.  We are on target for a 65k maiden claimer on the turf on opening day, April 30th at Belmont.

Mr. Fantasy turned in his final breeze in preparation for his second start off the layoff drilling a half-mile in 49.43.  The work was 15th of 46 at the distance.  Mike Hushion called the work "exactly what we were looking for".  Mr. Fantasy finished up well.  We have drawn into the $60,000 Bily Redcoat Stakes on April 21st at Aqueduct.  Ramon Dominguez will be aboard, and Mike is supremely confident.

Thursday:
Celtic Charmer fired a bullet five furlongs in company in 59 flat.  The work was the best of 20 at the distance.  Really, there are no adjectives strong enough to describe how good the work was.  Despite being the bullet, Celtic Charmer still earned a breezing notation.  We are on target for the MSW on April 30th at Hollywood.

Cinco de Mayo Mio breezed a solid five furlongs in 1:02.05 at Palm Meadows.  The work was 6th of 10 at the distance.  Tom plans to look for a race for her early at Belmont.  We'll get her up to New York so she has time to settle before we run.

Common Currency breezed three furlongs in 38.82 at Belmont.  The work was 6th of 9 at the distance.  Mike moved up his breeze to only four days because he wants to try and move Common Currency's fitness along.  He's still carrying a little weight, so we're just getting miles into him.
