New Syndication: Tapit filly SOLD OUT

September 20, 2010 · By · Share

Earlier this year, we expanded our operations into the Chicago market with a three-year-old named Too Wild For Words. We were excited by his prospects. Two starts and two wins later, he hasn't exactly done anything to dampen that enthusiasm.

Equally as exciting was the overwhelming response we received from everyone in "Chicagoland". The people have spoken, and we were listening.

We are pleased to announce the syndication of a new two-year-old filly by Tapit. Tapit's two-year-old fillies only include Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante winner Tell A Kelly.

We are always looking for excellent buying opportunities. This filly scratched from the OBS April sale, and we knew there were a lot of horses just like her sitting on farms across Florida. David McKathan had her, and he really liked her. We inspected and vetted her and were able to purchase her at a deep discount. Two-year-old fillies by Tapit sold for an average of over $180,000 at auction this year. Needless to say, bad luck in April is our good luck in September.

We believe that this beautiful grey filly will be the next great story for our expanding Chicago operation. We hope you do, too.
