We thought this filly was one of the really, really top breezers at the Calder sale, especially among the fillies. We've always been a big fan of Indian Charlie, and this is a big, balanced, sturdy, athletic filly that looks like the good Indian Charlies.She's bred like the good Indian Charlies too. Indian Charlie has proven himself one of the best sires in the country, especially as a sire of fillies. Both of his champions, Indian Blessing and Fleet Indian are fillies and both are out of Mr. Prospector-line mares, just like this filly. In fact, Indian Charlie's four highest-earning fillies, Indian Blessing, Fleet Indian, Pampered Princess, and Two Trail Sioux all are out of Mr. Prospector-line mares.
Overall, Indian Charlie has sired 47 stakes winners, and they win at all distances and on all surfaces.
There is plenty of that kind of class and versatility in this filly's female family as well. She's the first foal of a Mr. Greeley half sister to stakes winners Angel Trumpet and Lakeside Cup and to graded stakes placed First Money.
