After selling my company and retiring 2 years ago, it has been a difficult transition for me. I have been out of racing since 1980 but have wanted to get back into it.
I just felt that I was too old and didn’t want to make the big investment at this time. Then in March I clicked on the WPT web site. I now have interests in 4 beautiful Thoroughbreds and feel like a new person with a new enthusiasm for things to come.

Just past my 2nd year as a WPT partner. My stable’s record has been:
19-4-4-5. That’s 21% winner and 68% in the money with Graded Stakes and Breeders Cup races in the mix, and most importantly, making some great friends along the way. Very fortunate and grateful for the experience, so far beyond my expectations.
What a ride it’s been so far. Thank-you all the West Point Team. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be enjoying racing at this level, so soon…
Just into my first year and went very light and just got lucky on where I stepped into… 7 starts 3 wins 2 graded stakes wins 4 times in the money and I am still pinching myself… is this real is this real?…. What an incredible 1st year w The K horse!! The people have been extraordinary as well from everyone at WPT to the partners I’ve met what an incredibly nice group of folks for sure. Looking forward to many more wins and hopefully it starts in New York in a couple of weeks.
In the aftermath of Derby week, Cindy and I wanted to extend our sincere thanks to each of you, for once again, contributing to an amazing Derby week experience for us. Please know how much we truly appreciate your efforts to plan, coordinate, and host all the events for the partners. We are truly grateful!
