Terms and conditions.

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Must be 18 and a resident of the U.S. to enter and excludes West Point Thoroughbreds employees, affiliates and agents, and family members of such persons.
3. To enter, RT designated tweet and follow (or be a previous follower of) @westpointtbred; or like and comment on designated facebook post @westpointbreds related to the entry of Breaking Lucky in the Pegasus World Cup between January 24, 2017 and 5:40 p.m. ET (post time of the Pegasus World Cup) January 28, 2017.
4. One winner from all valid entries submitted via twitter or facebook by 5:40 p.m. ET on January 28, 2017 will be eligible to be randomly selected by a representative of West Point Thoroughbreds Inc to win an ownership experience during the racing career of a West Point Thoroughbreds 2-year-old racehorse to be acquired in spring 2017. The winner will not receive any bills associated with the horse! Experience includes access to horse communications, paddock, backstretch and (hopefully) winner’s circle, invitations to partner and industry events, plus any net racetrack purse distributions the horse may earn. Winner will sign an agreement prior to participating in the experience.
5. No cash substitutions. Prize cannot be exchanged or sold.
6. Winner will be contacted by message feature of twitter, facebook within one week of January 28, 2017. In the event the winner does not respond by February 15, 2017 West Point Thoroughbreds reserves to right to select an alternate winner.
7.Winner agrees to provide contact information name, email address, phone and address for purposes of fulfilling the prize and receiving horse updates by email and/or text.
8. By entering each participant agrees to a complete release of Facebook and Twitter and West Point Thoroughbreds Inc. and their respective employees and affiliates and partners from any or all liability in connection with this drawing.
