Great title, Dawn, as Steve Haskin's article focused on Broad Brush. "Punning ability" must de facto be a job requirement at West Point Thoroughbreds! I'd remembered liking Ground Transport's damsire when I looked at his pedigree but I'd forgotten that it was Broad Brush. But why stop here with the opportunities to blog and pun? You could recycle your title, "What are Your Brushes with Extraordinary Racehorses?," if you'd write about the "Moneigh" charity for retired racehorses. Horses including Zenyatta, Curlin, Cigar, Street Sense, and Big Brown have contributed their "art" to this charity. Wouldn't it be awesome (and a worthy marketing strategy to boot) for Awesome Gem, among other WPT horses, to do so too? Best of luck to Ground Transport in the Louisiana Derby and keep on trucking! ;-)
