Flashy Bull breezed four furlongs in 50.40 on April 23rd over the Polytrack at Keeneland.  It was the second fastest work out of eight at that distance. Flashy Bull worked in company with a very fast and very expensive Distorted Humor colt that Kiaran said, “never gets outworked.”  Flashy Bull was well in hand, and he outworked the other colt.  He put about two-lengths on that colt late.  Kiaran called it, “a beautiful work.  It was absolutely perfect.”

Terry Finley commented “We are having a lot of fun as Flashy Bull continues to take us down the Derby trail. He has settled in at Kentucky nicely and is training like a horse that wants to compete on the first Saturday in May.”

Flashy Bull is scheduled to ship to Churchill Downs on Friday, April 28th.  He is then scheduled to breeze five furlongs in company with Jazil on Sunday, April 30th as his final prep for the Derby.  All systems remain go for the Kentucky Derby on May 6th.
