This darling filly is a perfect fit for Hall of Famer Jerry Hollendorfer’s program. The only other Jimmy Creed to carry West Point colors is graded stakes winner Kanthaka. Jerry has conditioned some insanely good fillies in recent years including Songbird, Unique Bella, and Blind Luck.

We loved her breeze before the sale -- she bellies down with low knee action and great reach. Jerry loved the breeze as well, writing down “done easily” on her catalog page after he saw the move.

The filly has a very minor ankle flake that needs to be popped out before she heads to Jerry. Buyers who demand perfect x-rays were off her -- but we know this issue should have no bearing on her racing career and think a little time now will reap huge rewards in the future.

We’ve known her consignor, highly respected horseman David McKathan, for decades. A few years ago he sold us stakes winner Street Surrender at this same sale. This year he was blunt and to the point when we pulled the filly out to evaluate her. “This girl has been overlooked, but she’s one badass filly.”

Grade one winner Jimmy Creed has gotten off to a great start at stud and is currently third on the 2018 second crop sires list.

She’s bred on the same cross as Kentucky Derby winner I’ll Have Another. It’s a real deal California pedigree -- Jimmy Creed raced solely in SoCal and broodmare sire Rock Hard Ten won six races at Santa Anita, including four graded stakes (most notably the Big Cap).

Price includes all acquisition costs and all training, veterinary, and insurance expenses until January 1, 2019.
