Half-Brother to Champ Midnight Bisou
Behold! Our absolute superstar of a colt by Uncle Mo that we were fortunate enough to bring home on a highly competitive Day 1 of the Keeneland September Sale. This standout yearling truly has it all—enormous pedigree power with a picture-perfect physical to match.
The prowess of Uncle Mo as an all-time great stallion speaks for itself, and Hip 94 is a half-brother to one of the most successful fillies of the past decade and a soon-to-be Hall of Famer in champion Midnight Bisou. Holding her form immaculately from ages two to five, the dark bay—who bears a striking resemblance to our colt—was a remarkable 13-time stakes winner, including six Grade I triumphs. She earned over $7.4 million on the racetrack, won an Eclipse Award in 2019 and sold for a cool $5 million at the 2020 Fasig-Tipton November Sale.
In addition to Midnight Bisou, this dam, Grade III winner Diva Delite, is also responsible for the ultra-talented Verifying, a $775,000 yearling buy who captured this year’s Grade III Indiana Derby and just missed in a pair of Grade I’s. There’s likely a Grade I trophy with his name on it soon.
That kind of monster success at the top of the page assured this colt would bring a premium no matter what, but his conformation and build are what made him a ‘check all the boxes’ horse. Perfectly balanced from head to toe, he’s built like a 3-year-old, with a powerful and fluid walk while still having room to grow into his impressive, muscular frame.
Syndication price includes all veterinary, training, acquisition, and legal costs through January 1, 2025.
