Staff news from West Point Thoroughbreds
West Point Thoroughbreds is pleased to announce exciting company news that we believe will continue to make West Point Thoroughbreds the gold standard in racing partnerships.
Josh Cooper has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. West Point Thoroughbreds President Terry Finley said, "For nearly the past four years, Josh has done a remarkable job as our Chief Financial Officer. He ensured that our records and information were beyond reproach, and he has been integral in helping to grow the company. His integrity and discipline have allowed us to stand out in a crowded field. With his diverse background and experience, I could not be more confident with the decision to name him Chief Operating Officer. Josh's management of the day to day operations of the company will allow us to continue upon our trajectory of growth without compromising the level of excellence that you, the Partners, demand from us and have come to expect. I look forward to working with Josh in his new role."
In addition, Tom Bellhouse has joined the company as the Executive Vice President of East Coast Operations. Tom joins us after nine years as a sales director with a division of Chrysler. Tom's racing background has deep roots. Tom has been a West Point Partner for the past five years. He is also the grandson of Francis Bellhouse a leading steeplechase rider and trainer in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. Finley describes Bellhouse saying, "Tom's enthusiasm is contagious. He is dedicated to helping racing enthusiasts achieve their dream of thoroughbred ownership. He will be a tremendous asset to the team."
Please join us in welcoming them.
