Quiet All American Wins Again

September 06, 2011 · By Erin Birkenhauer · Share

Quiet All American notched his second straight victory today, leading from gate to wire over a sloppy going at Parx Racing. The four-year-old Forest Camp gelding returned off a layoff last time out win in impressive fashion at Saratoga back on August 3rd before shipping back to conditioner Lupe Preciado’s homebase to win today.

“This was an easy win for him,” said Lupe. “This race was supposed to be on the grass, but it’s been rainy all day. He broke his maiden in the mud, so we knew he had a good shot to win today.”

Terry Finley, president of WPT said, “We gave this horse some time off last year after shipping him to the Midatlantic. Lupe has done a great job with him and he’s proving to be a very useful horse. The purses are great at Parx, and he’s the perfect type of horse for this venue. Congratulations to his Partners.”

Quiet All American earned $18,600 for the victory, bringing his career earnings to over $126,000. Look for him back in action in a few weeks.
