Quality Lass Wins Second Straight at Parx / Thursday, February 14, 2013

Quality Lass made it two in a row in winning a starter allowance on Tuesday afternoon at Parx Racing.

Under now regular rider Carlos Cruz, our daughter of Exclusive Quality broke like a shot and quickly took the lead and was on top through opening fractions of 22.83 and 46.23. She shook loose on the turn and was able to hold off the late charge by Masquerade.

“She ran a very good race,” said trainer Guadalupe Preciado. “She’s been training well the past couple weeks. It looked like there was a lot of speed in the race on paper, but she outsprinted them.”

Congratulations to Quality Lass’ Partners. This filly now has three wins to her credit and earnings over $120,000.
