West Point Names Director of Customer Service / Tuesday, December 9, 2014

West Point Thoroughbreds Inc., provider of premier Thoroughbred racing partnerships, has hired Emma Pinette as Director of Customer Service. Pinette, who graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 2012 with a degree in psychology will split her time between Franklin Square and Saratoga Springs, New York.

West Point Thoroughbreds Inc., provider of premier Thoroughbred racing partnerships, has hired Emma Pinette as Director of Customer Service. Pinette, who graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 2012 with a degree in psychology will split her time between Franklin Square and Saratoga Springs, New York.

Pinette began working for the New York Racing Association in 2010 before joining full time in 2012. She handled reservations, event seating, and daily restaurant management before being promoted to Food and Beverage Coordinator in January 2014 and managing major events such as the Wood Memorial, Belmont Stakes, and Saratoga Clubhouse restaurants for the 2014 seasons.
