Terms and Conditions

• Open to West Point Thoroughbreds Partners only.

• Contestant must provide valid email address.

• One submission per contestant. Multiple entries are grounds for disqualification.

• Players will place a mythical $2 win bet on each of the 14 Breeders’ Cup races. The person with the largest bankroll after the 14 races wins the contest.
  
• New this year: The person(s) who picks the largest number of individual winners gets a $50 bonus added to their bankroll.

• If, for any reason, a selection scratches, the participant inherits the post-time favorite.

• Contest officially closes at 2:45 PT on Friday, October 31, 2025. No changes can be accepted after an entry is submitted. Any entries submitted after this time will be void.

• West Point Thoroughbreds, Inc. employees are not eligible to participate.

• Contest winners will be contacted via phone or email by November 10.

• First prize is a $1,000 credit toward purchase of 5% or more of a West Point Thoroughbreds horse in 2025 or 2026. Second prize is a $100 WPT apparel credit. Prizes not redeemable for cash.

• Any disputes affecting this contest, including cancellation of races, electronic malfunction, or any other unforeseen situations shall be decided strictly by West Point Thoroughbreds management. WPT also reserves the right to cancel this contest for any reason.
