West Point Thoroughbreds is pleased to welcome Casey Clemmons to the team as Chief of Staff to CEO Terry Finley.

In this new role, Casey will work closely with West Point’s leadership team to streamline day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a liaison between Partners and Terry. He will also support the company’s and Terry’s engagement in political, philanthropic, and industry-wide efforts that advance the future of thoroughbred racing.

“Casey brings a sharp strategic mind and a deep commitment to building relationships—qualities that will help take our operations and outreach to the next level,” said CEO Terry Finley.

Casey joins West Point after serving as a day-one presidential appointee in the Biden-Harris administration, where he held multiple roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
