    • International turf pedigree

    • Oscar Performance sire of top turf 3yo World Beater

    • Trainer Cherie DeVaux won BC Mile (G1T) with More Than Looks

West Point is proud to partner in an elite investment fund created to acquire well-bred colts at the prestigious Saratoga and Keeneland yearling sales. Each colt was hand-selected by world-class bloodstock agent David Ingordo and will be developed under the guidance of multiple Grade 1-winning trainer Cherie DeVaux.

Each horse is syndicated individually, with West Point maintaining a 15% ownership position in every colt within the fund. This structure provides Partners with rare access to blue-chip prospects while offering the opportunity to strategically diversify their equine portfolios.

The West Point team struck for a colt with world-class turf credentials in this son of Oscar Performance, a Grade 1-winning millionaire whose brilliance on the grass has translated seamlessly to the stallion barn. With progeny like Trikari (G1 winner of nearly $1.4 million), recent graded stakes winning 3-year-old World Beater (G1), Red Carpet Ready (G2), and Andthewinneris (G2), Oscar Performance has quickly proven himself among the premier young turf sires in the country.

The female family is equally outstanding. His dam, Olorda (GER), was a multiple graded stakes winner on two continents, capturing the Prix Vanteaux (G3) in France before winning both the Very One Stakes (G3) and the Bewitch Stakes (G3) in the U.S. She retired with earnings of over $330,000 and has already established herself as a producer: her daughter Gala Brand beat the boys to capture the With Anticipation Stakes (G3) at Saratoga (over our own Carson’s Run), while James Aloysius is a multiple winner and stakes-placed on the turf.

This colt carries the depth of a truly international pedigree. The page is filled with class and versatility across Europe and North America, underscoring this colt’s potential as a high-level turf performer.

The colt will be trained by Cherie DeVaux, who has quickly risen to the top ranks of conditioners with a Breeders’ Cup win on the turf to her credit. She conditions several stakes quality horses for West Point, including grade one winner Vahva and stakes winners Northern Invader and Reagan’s Wit.

“I love this colt, wasn’t leaving Keeneland without him,” said David Ingordo. “He’s a stunning individual by a sire who just keeps producing top class runners.”

Price includes all acquisition costs and all training, veterinary, and insurance expenses until January 1, 2027.
