Instinctive Rhythm wrapped up Thanksgiving weekend with a well-deserved breakthrough in an $80,000 maiden race at Aqueduct. The 3-year-old gelding had been knocking on the door, consistently running well for trainer George Weaver, and this time he got the job done with a nice assist from red-jockey Jose Lezcano.
West Point discovered Instinctive Rhythm at the 2019 OBS March sale of two-year-olds in training. On Sunday, he carried the pink silks of co-owner Randy Hill.
