Integration Zeroing In On Pegasus World Cup Turf / Friday, January 12, 2024

Just days into life as a 4-year-old, Integration is approaching a big-time challenge in the $1-million Pegasus World Cup Turf (G1) on Saturday, January 27 at Gulfstream Park.

The undefeated colt worked on the grass at Payson Park last weekend for Hall of Fame trainer Shug McGaughey, going in company with 3-year-old colt Cugino, who is entered for his second career start Saturday at Gulfstream, coming off a debut win in New York.

Integration began his career late last summer and rocketed up the ladder with three straight triumphs, capped off by wins in the Virginia Derby (G3) and a 5-length romp in the Grade 2 Hill Prince Stakes at Aqueduct.

The Pegasus World Cup Turf will be his first chance at the Grade 1 level. Tyler Gaffalione will take the reins.
