Miss Enchanted A Popular Winner at Keeneland / Tuesday, October 20, 2026

With Kristina Blewitt

A popular mainstay on the roster, Miss Enchanted gave her Partners and the Dale Romans team plenty to celebrate Sunday at Keeneland. After knocking on the door in several recent starts, she returned to the winner’s circle with a determined front-running victory, giving West Point its first win of the fall Keeneland meet.

Class relief proved just what Miss Enchanted needed to secure her third career victory. But her appeal goes beyond what she does on the racetrack. A striking bay daughter of Maximus Mischief with a distinctive white blaze, she is a favorite among her Partners and the Romans barn, known for her gentle disposition.

She’s the kind of horse the team can confidently bring families around for a visit—easy on the eyes and just as easy to be around.

Bloodstock agent David Ingordo secured Miss Enchanted for $100,000 at the 2023 OBS April sale of 2-year-olds in training. She has now won three times in 17 starts and earned $246,845.

The win also provided a welcome start to what promises to be a exciting stretch at Keeneland for West Point Thoroughbreds. The traditional fall meet concludes Saturday, October 24, with a flurry of runners on the schedule, followed by Breeders’ Cup weekend on October 30–31. Miss Enchanted has already gotten the ball rolling.
