Ewing, a son of Breeders’ Cup champion Knicks Go, was acquired by West Point Thoroughbreds, D.J. Stable, and Ken Freirich at the 2025 OBS April 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale.

Trained by Mark Casse, he made an immediate impression, breaking his maiden on debut at Saratoga on July 5 and earning TDN Rising Star honors. Just weeks later, the talented colt kept his perfect record intact with a decisive victory in the Saratoga Special Stakes (G2).
