- Contest closes at 3:30 ET on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
- Players will place a mythical $2 win bet on each stakes race run at Saratoga on Saturday, August 24, 2024. The person with the largest bankroll after the Travers Stakes wins the contest.
- In the event of a tie, a winner will be randomly selected.
- If a contestant’s selection scratches for any reason, the contestant automatically receives the post-time favorite. No changes can be made for ANY reason after contest closes.
- No cash substitutions.
- Winner will be contacted via phone/email by August 31.
- Any disputes affecting this contest, including race cancellations, electronic malfunctions, or any other unforeseen situations, shall be decided strictly by West Point Thoroughbreds management. WPT also reserves the right to cancel this contest for any reason.
