West Point Thoroughbreds will be represented by two contenders—Carson’s Run and Integration—in the Grade 1 Manhattan Stakes on the Belmont Day card Saturday at Saratoga.

Carson’s Run will be returning to the course and distance of his triumph last summer in the Saratoga Derby, with trainer Miguel Clement looking to carry on the legacy of his late father, Christophe, who won the Manhattan three times.

Integration will reunite with Flavien Prat for the first time since their win together last fall in the Grade 2 Red Smith last fall at Aqueduct for the Hall of Famer Shug McGaughey, himself a three-time Manhattan winner. Last year, West Point and McGaughey finished third in the Manhattan with Ohana Honor at 16-to-1 odds.
