Flightline Stars at 52nd Eclipse Awards / Thursday, January 26, 2023

Flightline commanded the spotlight at the 52nd Eclipse Awards ceremony celebrating America’s champion racehorses of 2022, saluted as Horse of the Year and champion older male at the sold-out event at the Breakers hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

Flightline received 236 of 246 votes for Horse of the Year and 240 of 246 votes for champion older male.

Trainer John Sadler accepting the award for the ownership group said, “He’s a horse of a generation and in the words of Trevor Denman, we may not see this again. He’s a fabulous horse and I feel so blessed to have trained him.”
