Grey Glory Wins at Gulfstream / Friday, January 29, 2016

Grey Glory got the job done on Wednesday at Gulfstream. Off as the favorite, the handsome dapple grey pressed the pace three wide before assuming command and never looking back.

Flashy Bull is special to us, he was West Point Thoroughbreds’ first grade one winner. We purchased Grey Glory as a yearling at the 2013 Fasig-Tipton July Sale in Kentucky. He’s a full brother to graded stakes placed Flashy Gray and bears a striking resemblance to his daddy:

“He’s had his fair share of physical issues along the way, but has really come out swinging as a four-year-old,” said WPT president Terry Finley. “I appreciate his Partners’ patience, it sure looks like it’s paying off. Tom Albertrani’s done a great job with him and hopefully he takes another step forward against winners.”
