Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) is offering a comprehensive pedigree and conformation clinic August 8 (Fasig-Tipton sales grounds) and August 9 (Oklahoma training track) as well as an ownership seminar on Friday, August 12 at Saratoga Race Course. Terry Finley is a guest speaker at the ownership seminar!
