Animal Kingdom colt

Trainer: Jerry Hollendorfer

The West Point buying team came away from the Fasig-Tipton Florida Sale with two awesome horses, a Broken Vow filly, and an Animal Kingdom colt.

We refined our process this year and added bloodstock agent David Ingordo to the buying team. David is one of the best identifiers of talent in the world and was instrumental in the purchase of Zenyatta as a yearling.

Both horses passed our rigorous stride analysis, cardio evaluation, and physical inspection.

The Animal Kingdom colt was on a plane California within hours of the hammer dropping and is settled in at Hall of Famer Jerry Hollenforfer’s Los Alamitos barn. The Broken Vow filly will join Christophe Clement’s stable this spring.
