Morning Twilight Shines In Debut / Thursday, October 7, 2021

Morning Twilight had the dead of night, at about 11 p.m. Central, as the backdrop for her unveiling Wednesday and she made it a memorable one, scoring by a length as West Point’s first-ever runner at Remington Park in Oklahoma City.

The 2-year-old filly is an Oklahoma-bred who made good on her return home for trainer Steve Asmussen. West Point bought her in Ocala, Florida, at the OBS March sale of 2-year-olds in training.

Stewart Elliott guided the big, bay filly, who races for West Point, Edwin Barker and Titletown Racing.
