Participate in the West Point Thoroughbreds 2022 Saratoga Challenge, and you could win an ownership experience in Empire Ride, a 2-year-old colt by Good Samaritan trained by Christophe Clement.
To play, contestant selects one jockey/trainer/horse from each grouping of names and earns points throughout the 2022 Saratoga meet. Most points at the end of the meet wins the challenge.
- 1 point for each selected trainer/jockey win
- 5 points each time selected West Point horse wins, 3 for second, 1 for third

Empire Ride is a 2-year-old New York-bred colt trained by Christophe Clement. He was purchased by West Point Thoroughbreds at the 2022 OBS April 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale and is expected to debut on the NYRA circuit. The 2017 Saratoga Challenge winner won an ownership experience in stakes-winning New York-bred colt Empire Line.
The winner will not receive any bills associated with Empire Ride. Experience includes access to horse communications, paddock, backstretch, and (hopefully) winner’s circle, invitations to partner events, plus one percent of net purse distributions by West Point Thoroughbreds during Empire Ride’s racing career.
