This gray or roan colt by Uncle Mo comes from the final crop of one of the most influential stallions of the modern era, creating a limited opportunity to race a son of a sire whose impact will be felt for generations.

A champion 2-year-old and Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1) winner, Uncle Mo went on to become one of North America’s leading sires. He has produced 122 black-type winners and four champions, led by Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist, while establishing an increasingly important sire line through sons such as Nyquist, Yaupon, Golden Pal and Mo Donegal.

The female family brings plenty of quality as well. His dam, Ursula, is by leading sire Tapit and was stakes-placed twice as a 2-year-old. Her first winner, Ball of Fire, has already won four races at two and three.

The standout horse underneath is Hartnell, an international star who won 13 races, earned more than $5.6 million, and captured four Group 1 races in Australia after beginning his career in Europe. He also placed in some of Australia’s biggest races, including the Cox Plate (G1) and Queen Elizabeth Stakes (G1). The family also includes multiple other Group 1 performers, giving this colt a deep international foundation.

He will be trained by Cherie DeVaux, whose program continues to operate at the highest level, headlined by Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes winner Golden Tempo, Breeders’ Cup winner More Than Looks, and top sprinter Englishman, along with outstanding fillies including West Point’s Vahva and champion She Feels Pretty.
